Due to the perishable nature of our products, we prioritise food safety and hygiene.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: To process a claim, we require a clear photograph of the product and the packaging. Valid claims will be resolved through a replacement of the item or a credit toward your next order.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/cutoff time. Once an order has entered the preparation phase, it cannot be cancelled. Credit or reschedule will be provided for cancellations but no refunded will be offered.
